How the workflow runs
One flow for finding leads, qualifying opportunities, and producing outbound assets.
Find and qualify leads
Search by niche, city, and filters. Use score and signal filters to focus on businesses with clear marketing gaps.
Manage in contacts and pipeline
Keep scraped and manual leads together in the Contacts hub. Route priority leads into your sales process without context switching.
Run AI Prospecting
Use one create button for two outcomes: prospect audit or outreach pitch. Both follow the same modal-based flow.
Share and follow up
Copy share links for audits and pitches, then track follow-up from your lead detail and opportunity views.

Built for agency prospecting teams
Tools your team uses daily, presented as one consistent system.
Contacts Hub
Unified lead list across scraped, manual, imported, and audit-linked records.
Opportunity Filters
Filter by score, temperature, and detected digital gaps to prioritize outreach.
Prospect Audits
Generate client-ready audits with gap insights, recommendations, and share links.
AI Pitch Generation
Generate, edit, save, and share tailored outreach drafts by channel and tone.
List-first Tabs
Tabs focus on report and pitch lists; creation always happens from a single dropdown flow.
Consistent create flow for audits and pitches
The AI Prospecting create button opens one menu with two outcomes. This removes duplicated forms and keeps team behavior consistent.
Usage visibility without clutter
A compact usage indicator shows current AI Prospecting consumption (for example 5 / 5,000) near the action button, so teams stay aware of monthly limits.
Role-safe sharing and collaboration
Share links are team-friendly while internal routes remain permission-controlled. Managers can review outputs quickly and keep follow-up moving.
Where the leads actually come from
Lead Finder isn't a thin wrapper around one third-party API. It pulls from three sources and runs them through the same enrichment and scoring pipeline, so every lead — however you found it — ends up in the same Contacts hub with the same data shape:
A database of 320M+ people you can search and reveal on demand, backed by a larger underlying record set that's continually being cleaned and re-scored for quality — you pay only for the contacts you reveal.
Google Maps and local search scraping for niche + city queries, scored for marketing gaps (missing website, thin social presence) as soon as a business is found — before any enrichment credit is spent.
Import a CSV or add contacts manually and they run through the same waterfall enrichment as scraped or database leads — no separate, weaker workflow for leads you brought yourself.
Whichever source a lead comes from, waterfall enrichment fills in the gaps — email finding and verification, phone finding, social profile discovery, company and tech-stack enrichment, LinkedIn lookup — trying each configured provider in order until one returns a result, so you're not stuck when a single API has no match. Enrichment draws from the same unified credit pool as the rest of Lead Finder, at $0.01 per credit, with no separate meter to track.
