What is Ask Whizo?
Ask Whizo is the AI chat in Whizo. Ask in plain English about any client, task, post, deal or conversation and it answers from your workspace. It can also take actions, like creating a task or planning a post, and it asks before anything goes to a client.
What can I ask it to do?
Find what's overdue, sum up a client's week, draft captions and hashtags, plan posts on the content calendar, create and assign tasks, or check how a client's social accounts and Meta ads are doing. Save the prompts your team uses most and run them with a slash.
Does Whizo publish posts to social networks?
Yes, to Facebook and Instagram. Posts that are scheduled and approved in the content calendar go out to the client's Facebook Page and Instagram business account on time. Drafts, posts waiting for the client and rejected posts never go out. For other networks you get a reminder and mark the post as posted.
Is my data secure?
Ask Whizo works as the person asking: it only sees the clients and data that person can access, and its actions follow their role.
