How do I get started with Whizo AI?

Request a free 14-day trial at app.whizo.ai/trial with your business email, name and job title, and book a demo call if you like. Our team sets up your agency with you, then you finish your setup and invite your team.

What's included in the free trial?

Everything that is live in Whizo AI, for 14 days, with no card needed. Products in early access, like Offers and pop-ups and Reviews, are switched on per agency: ask for them on a demo call.

How do I invite my team?

Go to Settings > Team and invite them by email. Choose their role and the client workspaces they can see, and they'll receive an invitation email.

Can I import my existing data?

Yes. Connect your social media accounts to sync recent analytics. Our team brings your existing contacts and deals across while setting up your agency.

What's your response time for support?

We respond within 24 hours on business days (Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM IST).

How do I reset my password?

Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page. We'll send a reset link to your email that's valid for 30 minutes.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes. Whizo AI is live on both the iOS App Store and Google Play. Search "Whizo AI", or on iPhone go to apps.apple.com/us/app/whizo-ai/id6785965886.

How do I get a product that isn't live for my agency yet?

Book a demo call at whizo.ai/book-demo and tell your Whizo relationship manager which product you want, like Offers and pop-ups, Reviews or white label. We switch products on for each agency.
