How secure is the password vault?
Every entry is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it is stored, and the vault only opens with your agency's master password. It locks itself after a few idle minutes, and the owner can require two-step verification to open it.
Who can access stored passwords?
Access is set per entry: give a login to the people who need it and nobody else. They also need the master password to open the vault. Remove someone from your agency and their vault access goes with them.
What types of credentials can I store?
Website and social logins, email accounts, API keys and any other secret, kept for the agency or for one client. Each entry holds a name, username, password, URL and notes. There is no cap on entries.
Can I share credentials with team members?
Yes, entry by entry. Grant a login to the teammates who need it; everyone else never sees it. There are no external share links.
Is there an audit trail?
Yes. Every reveal and copy is logged with who did it and when, so you always know who has seen a client's login.
